Children’s deaths could have been prevented

The report by the Children’s Rights Centre of the Association for Ideas and Arts (FİSA) revealed that 239 children lost their lives due to preventable causes during the summer months. The report noted that 225 children died in areas where the state had failed to fulfil its obligation to prevent violations of the right to life
