Pensioners took to the streets for Ali Şekeroğlu: If not now, then when!

The Union of All Pensioners issued simultaneous statements across the country following Ali Şekeroğlu’s suicide in front of the Constitutional Court. The pensioners asked, “Is this merely a suicide?”, emphasising that the events were not unrelated to economic and political conditions. Alper Taş, a Member of Parliament for the SOL Party, said, “This regime is over.”
