İstanbul’da geçen hafta evleri, işyerlerini ve yolları su altında bırakan, can kayıplarına yol açan bir sel yaşandı. Ortaya yeniden ve maalesef önlenebilir ama önlenememiş bir felaket görüntüsü çıktı. Esasta iklim tehlikelerini giderek daha önceden saptayabiliyoruz. Fakat bu bilgi tek başına yeterli olmuyor.
